Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between clr3 (“we”) and the organisation that creates a Planbook team (“you”). The person who accepts them confirms they can bind that organisation.

1. The service

Planbook is a hosted task and planning tool for teams. We may improve or change features, and will tell you in advance about any change that materially reduces what you're paying for.

2. Your account and team

• Each team has one Owner, who can delete the team and hand ownership over.
• You are responsible for who you invite, the roles you give them, and the sign-in methods you allow.
• Tell us promptly at security@getplanbook.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Fees

Planbook is currently free. If we introduce paid plans we will give the team's Owner at least 90 days' notice, and the features you use today will stay available to export.

4. Your content

You own everything you put into Planbook. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only as needed to run the service for you. We don't use your content to train machine-learning models, and don't sell it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Planbook to break the law, to send spam through invitations, to probe or overload our systems, or to store content you have no right to store.

6. Deletion

The Owner can delete a team at any time; it can be recovered for 30 days and is then erased. Anyone can export their team's data before that.

7. Warranties and liability

We provide Planbook “as is” and work hard to keep it available and secure. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes to these terms

We'll email the Owner at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Planbook after that means you accept the new terms.
