Your first morning in Planbook

Planbook is a spreadsheet of tasks, one sheet per day. Each task has an ID, a Manager, a Champion, a status, a priority, points and a project.

The sidebar

• Inbox, Plan, Insights and Pages are shared by the whole team.
• My page / Whole team switches every day list between your tasks and everyone's.
• Migrate appears in the morning when yesterday left open tasks. Today, Tomorrow, This week, Next week and Someday are where tasks wait.

The habit

Nothing carries over by itself. Each morning, open Migrate and give every leftover a decision. It takes about a minute. Read The morning migration for the keys.

Adding a task

Click the empty row at the bottom of any sheet, or press ↵ on the last row. Type the description, then shorthand if you like: @sam sets the Champion, ^rahul the Manager, #nln the project, ! !! !!! the priority and ~3 the points.
