Restricting a project

Every project is Open (everyone can see it, with the access their role gives them) or Restricted (only the people you add).

1. Settings → Projects → edit the project → set Visibility to Restricted.
2. Settings → Project access shows a grid of people × projects. Set each cell to Edit, View or No access. Keyboard: E V −.

Tasks in a project you can't see are hidden everywhere: the sheet, Plan, Insights, search and exports. If someone opens a link to one, they can request access.
